Mrs. Hayes has advised business clients on a range of corporate legal matters, including the purchase and sale of businesses, entity formation, tax, and other commercial transaction issues. Mrs. Hayes’s experience also includes the creation, modification, and termination of trusts and the creation of estate plans with tax considerations.
Originally from Americus, Georgia, Mrs. Hayes now resides in Albany with her husband, Jackson Hayes.
