Mr. Folsom is a member of the Commercial, Banking and Business Law practice group within the firm.
Mr. Folsom also practices extensively in commercial real estate and routinely handles purchases and sales, leasing, development, and financing. Mr. Folsom serves as counsel for the Southern Georgia Regional Commission and as an approved SBA attorney closes all 7(a) and 504 lending transactions for the Commission.
In addition to these areas, Mr. Folsom continues to represent small municipalities and authorities and has developed a specialized practice in religious organizations through his service as Chancellor for the South Georgia Annual Conference of the Global Methodist Church.
Mr. Folsom was born and raised in Adel, Georgia. He is married to Tina Folsom and has two daughters.
