Presentations and Publications
- Mr. Moore regularly speaks to lending institutions throughout Georgia, both at the firm’s annual “Banking Law Seminar” held in Albany, Savannah and Valdosta, Georgia, and at smaller gatherings of clients and friends of the firm. In addition, Mr. Moore is a frequent lecturer at educational seminars hosted by the Georgia Bankers Association. Mr. Moore also makes presentations in connection with continuing legal education seminars on the topics of secured transactions, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and other business law-related matters.

Since 1981, Mr. Moore has advised clients in the areas of banking, business, corporate, contracts, transactional law (mergers and acquisitions), and commercial litigation. Mr. Moore has advised lending institutions and business owners in businesses of all sizes in Georgia and surrounding states. Mr. Moore also has experience in dealing with businesses with foreign subsidiaries as well as foreign ownership. Advising business clients of all types and sizes in the sale and acquisition of businesses and business assets is also an area in which Mr. Moore has significant expertise. Having come from an agricultural background, Moore has a particularly keen understanding of the opportunities and challenges of agribusiness.
Mr. Moore maintains an AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized in Georgia Trend Magazine on several occasions as one of the state’s Legal Elite in the field of Business Law.
Mr. Moore and his wife, Martha, have three adult children and three grandchildren.
