Mrs. Bratcher has experience in handling all aspects of the closing process, including drafting and reviewing contracts and leases, conducting and analyzing complex title examinations, seller financing, issuing title certificates and title insurance policies, resolving title clearance issues, and reviewing business corporate documents in connection with real estate transactions.
Mrs. Bratcher works closely with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, bank employees, surveyors, and other real estate professionals. Her clients include individuals, businesses, builders, developers, investors, and national and local lenders.
Mrs. Bratcher resides in Tifton, Georgia, with her husband, Charlie Bratcher, and their daughter.
