Mrs. Hudgins works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to develop tailored strategies that preserve wealth, minimize tax exposure, and achieve long-term goals. She has counseled clients in the preparation of comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, and other planning documents designed to meet each client’s specific needs. Mrs. Hudgins also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in all phases of estate and trust administration, and assists with guardianship and conservatorship matters.

In addition to her estate and trust practice, Mrs. Hudgins advises clients on a wide range of business matters, including entity formation, governance, and transactions. She has represented clients in the negotiation and structuring of business transactions and works with closely held businesses to address corporate governance issues.

Mrs. Hudgins also represents clients in tax disputes and controversies before federal and state taxing authorities. Her tax practice includes representing clients in negotiating offers in compromise and claims for innocent spouse relief, as well as representing clients in audits and examinations.

Mrs. Hudgins was born and raised in Douglas, Georgia. She is married to William Hudgins, formerly of Suwannee, Georgia, and they live in Tifton, Georgia with their three children.
