Ms. Shaw’s practice has a special focus on elder law and special needs trust planning, including Medicaid, SSI, SSDI and other means tested benefits.
Ms. Shaw works with estate planning clients to create tailored estate plans that meet the needs of each individual client. Additionally, she advises elderly and disabled clients on how to best prepare for future needs while protecting wealth in the process. In addition to her estate planning practice, Ms. Shaw works with corporate clients on a wide range of business matters, including entity formation, tax compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Born and raised in Albany, Georgia, Ms. Shaw now resides at Lake Blackshear with her dog, Goose.
