Mr. Eutzler regularly presents at seminars to attorneys and lenders on the topics of secured lending, foreclosure, garnishment, and other collection mechanisms, and bankruptcy, among others.

Mr. Eutzler represents clients throughout Georgia and Florida in a wide array of business formations, reorganizations, restructures, workouts, and dispositions, as well as myriad commercial litigation and transactional matters.
Mr. Eutzler regularly advises lenders, contractors, investors, and owners on financing, secured lending, and lien perfection and priority issues. A substantial portion of Mr. Eutzler’s practice involves protecting and advancing the interests of the firm’s clients in the bankruptcy, federal, and state courts in Georgia and Florida in business and contract disputes, and in repossession, recovery, and collection proceedings.
Mr. Eutzler frequently serves as local counsel assisting out-of-state law firms with enforcing the rights of their clients in the courts of Geogia and Florida. Mr. Eutzler is a frequent speaker at seminars for banks, lenders, and businesspeople on matters involving commercial transactions, contracts, and debt recovery.
Mr. Eutzler was born and raised in West-Central Florida and lives with his wife and children in Valdosta, Georgia.
