For almost forty (40) years, Mr. DuVall has advised clients in all aspects of residential, commercial, agricultural and timberland real estate sales, acquisitions, and financing. He represents developers, investors, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions, as well as numerous banks, mortgage lenders, agricultural lenders, and SBA lenders in connection with the financing of real estate and business transactions.
Mr. DuVall, a native of Southwest Georgia, was born in Cuthbert, Georgia, and grew up in Edison, Georgia. Mr. DuVall is married to the former Dana Utlant, and they have two children.
